Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on any item we sell, including our casters and Cooltron fans, as long as it is unused and in resalable condition and is returned in its original packaging. To start a return, email info@castersupplyco.com or call (815) 342-0767 with your order number and the reason for the return. If the return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a return request first cannot be accepted.

 

Wrong size, thread, or voltage? Our casters have a 5/16"-18 threaded stem and only fit a 5/16"-18 threaded socket, and each fan is rated for a specific supply voltage that is stated on its product page. If an item does not match your equipment, contact us within 30 days and we will take it back as long as it is unused.

 

Damaged or defective items: inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away with a photo and we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

 

Refunds: once we receive and inspect the return, we will confirm by email and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it. There are no restocking fees.

 

Exchanges: the fastest way to get the right item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
