Shipping policy

Free US shipping on every order. Every order ships free anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Processing time: orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays) from Land O Lakes, Florida.

 

Delivery options at checkout: Standard Shipping is free and typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days of shipment. Express Shipping is $15.00 flat and typically arrives within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

Carriers: we ship by USPS and UPS.

 

Bulk orders: for large quantities (for example 500 or more casters, or full factory cartons of Cooltron fans), contact us for a quote before ordering. We will confirm availability, carrier, cost, and lead time in writing before you pay. See our Bulk & Wholesale page or email info@castersupplyco.com.

 

Problems with a delivery: if your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email info@castersupplyco.com or call (815) 342-0767 and we will make it right.
